Now you have purchased your BIBO you will need to connect it to your mains water supply which is usually very straight forward. We offer a professional installation service in most areas or any local plumber can do the job. Alternatively some of our DIY customers install their BIBO themselves, everything you need is in the box. Whatever method you choose we are here to help.

BIBO installation technician
We highly recommend you have your new BIBO water bar installed by an approved BIBO Service Technician. All our Service Technicians are highly trained and experienced in appliance installation.
We provide an installation service in all capital cities and most regional centres throughout Australia. If we cannot install in your area for any reason we are happy to help you find a local plumber or guide you through the installation process.
Once installed our BIBO Service Technician will help you customise your BIBO to your specific needs, answer any questions you may have, and show you how to get the best use out of your BIBO.
Your BIBO comes with an installation kit including 3m of 1/4″ flexible pipe, a 1/2″ connector valve, a pressure limiting valve, and a comprehensive User Manual.
Typical installation involves drilling a small 8mm hole in the back of the bench behind the BIBO. For stone benches we recommend this is done by a professional.The 1/4″ pipe is fed under the sink and connected to the cold stop tap.
We provide step by step instructions in your BIBO User Manual on how to install your BIBO and our Technical Support Team would be happy to talk you through the process if required.
