Shipping policy

Orders are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment.

Goods are delivered throughout Australia, using courier companies we choose. The shipping price is included in the purchase price of all BIBO products in both metropolitan area and also regional areas within 2 hours of each capital city in each state of Australia.

All other regional areas will incur a shipping fee which will be calculated by our Customer Service Team, and the shipping fee will be emailed to you, after your order has been received. Delivery of goods can take up to 21 business days for regional areas in Australia.

Delivery of goods to Sydney metro and within 2 hours of Sydney will take between 3-5 business days.
Delivery of goods to Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide metro areas and within 2 hours of these cities will take between 5-7 business days. 
Delivery of goods to Perth metro and within 2 hours of Perth will take between 7-10 business days.

We will use our best efforts to provide you with accurate information when to expect your delivery and provide tracking numbers, but cannot be held responsible for late or missed deliveries by courier companies.

Deliveries can only be made to the address you provide on the order and you or your authorised representative may need to provide photo ID when signing for the delivery.

Your goods may be left at the door if you or your authorised representative is not available to receive it. Australia Post or the courier company making the delivery may not leave a card with contact details to reschedule your delivery. We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges that may be incurred for rescheduling of deliveries.

Title and risk in the goods delivered will pass to you when we receive full payment for the goods and you, or your authorised representative receive delivery of the goods whichever is the later event.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges 

When a BIBO Water Bar has been delivered, you, the customer has 30 days to decide whether to keep or return the BIBO Water Bar.

If returning a BIBO Water Bar, please follow the below instructions:

1. Please email admin@bibowater.com.au to advise that you wish to return your BIBO Water Bar.

2. Once your email has been submitted, you will be provided with instructions on how to organise the return of your product via our chosen courier service.
 
3. Place your item in the original box with all packaging provided and tape seal. Place a label on the box with the return address details provided to you.
 
4. Email admin@bibowater.com.au once the product is ready to be shipped back to us. 

5. We will then arrange a courier service to pick up your BIBO Water Bar 

6. A fee of $50-$75 (depending on your location) will be charged for the administration work and the return of the BIBO order.
 
Our courier service can take up to 10-15 days to deliver back to our warehouse in Waterloo NSW, but as soon as your item is back in our warehouse, our Refunds Team will process your refund less the administration fee. From there, your funds will be back in your account within the next 3 - 5 business days.

If you wish to exchange your BIBO Water Bar within 7 days of purchase for any reason eg: change for a different colour, then the customer will pay the shipping cost to return the BIBO Water Bar to our warehouse using one of our selected courier services. The BIBO Water Bar must be returned in its original condition. We do not accept returns with Australia Post. The shipping cost is between $50-$75 depending on your location. We will advise you of the shipping cost via email.
