Devilishly-delicious Halloween drinks made with your BIBO Water Bar!

Halloween filtered water drinks for kids

All that tearing around dressed as a ghost or ghoul can be thirsty work. Here are some fun and really easy Halloween drinks made with delicious, filtered water to keep the little monsters hydrated on All Hallows Eve…

Pumpkin & Pear Mocktail

This has an eerie, solid yellow colour, so use either a black marker or a tube of black icing to draw a scary face on the side of a plastic glass.

Blend 50g of pumpkin pieces, one ripe pear, 250ml of orange juice and 250ml of chilled, filtered water. If you want a final flourish, snap a ginger biscuit in half, draw on some mad, staring eyes and prop it up in the glass.

Dracula’s Punch

This takes a bit more preparation, but it’ll appeal to big and small kids.

Pour two litres of cherry juice into a saucepan and add the peel from three oranges, a whole red chilli, three cinnamon sticks, 10 cloves, six slices of ginger, half a litre of lemonade and half a litre of boiling, filtered water

Simmer for five minutes and then chill for at least four hours. Serve from a jug into glasses decorated with lollies in the shape of fangs. For the adults, add a sneaky dash of gin or vodka.

What is filtered water?

A BIBO Water Bar has a multi-stage carbon filter that removes most contaminants bacteria, and chemicals.

With all the nasties gone, the only scary thing about Halloween will be the ghosts and ghoulies!

All you're left with is the purest, healthiest and best tasting water in the world!

Eyeball Sludge

This reassuringly gross-looking Halloween drink will delight even the most squeamish kids. The first step is to make some lime jelly and allow it to set. Next, mix 700ml of apple juice with 300ml of lemonade and leave it to chill.

To make the grisly eyeballs, poke a cocktail stick into a cocktail cherry and then push it into a lychee from a can.  The simply lightly whisk the jelly, spoon it into glasses and add the lemonade and apple juice. Pop in the eyeball immediately before serving.

A good tip is to use purified and filtered water from a BIBO Water Bar so the jelly is nice and clear.

Bloody Shirley Temple

OK, so technically it’s a glass of plain of ginger ale (with or without lychee eyeball) but the gloriously gory twist to this mocktail is a jelly shot syringe filled with grenadine that’s left in the glass so the drinker can inject the blood-like liquid into their glass. Chuck in a couple of cocktail cherries too.

BIBO Water Bahahahah!

Of course, the best way to rehydrate your little trick or treaters is purified, filtered water that’s been chilled to perfection. With a BIBO Water Bar, all they need to do is press a button and seconds later their glass is full with the healthiest possible Halloween drink.

If you’re the Halloween party host who can boast the most gross, then stack some plastic glasses next to it and tell them to help themselves. After a few gulps they’ll be much Dra-cooler!

Black Magic Margarita

This spooky wonder is dark and sinister and packs a punch.  Essentially, make a margarita with tequila, triple sec and lime juice, but then add a few drops of red, blue and green food colouring until it’s darkens to black. Garnish with a slice of blood orange and add a fiendish twist by rimming the glass with black pepper instead of salt.
